Scott is the creative mind behind the creation of Room to Care. In his capacity as an expert in corporate education and digital storytelling, driven by his tremendous interest in empathy-based education. He is an authentic and compassionate individual who believes that the use of storytelling has the potential to revive understanding and inspire change across the world.
Kristine Glaser
Treasurer
Kristine is a Certified Public Accountant with significant experience in managing finances in the nonprofit sector as well as within corporate settings. She is admired for her accuracy, integrity, and compassion-based work ethic to ensure that Room to Care adheres to prudent management and development. The accountant believes that “numbers also tell stories,” and she applies this tenet to all organizational missions.
Stan Welch
Secretary
Stan brings decades of experience leading teams in asset protection, safety, operations and corporate security in retail and hospitality. In his most recent role with G6 Hospitality (parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6) he played a key role in the company's commitment to safety, including its anti-human trafficking efforts. He has a strong belief in leveraging technology and training to improve operations and execution. He has participated on panels, speaking engagements and at conferences discussing anti-human trafficking efforts. His extensive professional background encompassess his lifelong commitment mentoring teams, doing the right thing and making ethical choices. As Board Secretary for Room to Care, Stan encourages the entire organization to function with purpose.
Eva Baker, MPH, PMP
Director of Outreach & Development
Eva brings a unique combination of strategic acumen, compassion, and unending passion for making the world a better place. She brings extensive experience from her past assignments at UNTHSC and World Relief to her work at Room To Care. She's highly driven and empathetic, and is recognized for rolling up her sleeves and delivering complex program management, partnership development, and helping to bring clarity where it is needed most. Room to Care is just one fortunate organization to have her and to help us on our journey.
